1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Samgamam provides an online technology platform enabling community members, alumni circles, cultural organizations, and local interest groups to discover, organize, register for, and coordinate community gatherings and events.

By creating an account, registering (RSVPing) for an event, publishing an event, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform or register for events.

2. Events, Organizers and Platform Responsibility

Samgamam is a technology platform that enables users and independent event organizers to create, publish, discover, register for and manage events. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LuminosichtAI and Samgamam are not the organizer, promoter, host, venue operator, transport provider or supplier of events listed on the platform.

Event organizers are responsible for the planning, organization, operation, safety, legality, accuracy of event information, required permits, insurance where applicable, participant requirements, cancellations, postponements, refunds and other matters relating to their events.

Samgamam does not guarantee that an event will take place as advertised, be suitable for a particular participant, or be free from risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuminosichtAI and Samgamam are not liable for losses arising solely from the acts or omissions of independent organizers, participants, venues or other third parties, including event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, accidents or event-related incidents outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3. Event Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Event organizers determine whether their events are cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed. Unless LuminosichtAI is expressly identified as the event organizer or seller, we are not responsible for an organizer's decision to cancel, postpone or modify an event.

Refund rights depend on the organizer's communicated terms and applicable law. Where events are ticketed or involve fees, the organizer is responsible for clearly communicating and administering their refund and cancellation rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable legislation.

4. Participant Safety & High-Risk Events

Certain events listed on Samgamam may involve physical exertion, outdoor recreation, travel, sports, or other activities with inherent physical or environmental risks (e.g., hiking, trekking, running, cycling, swimming).

When registering for an event that involves elevated physical or safety risk, participants may be asked to complete an explicit risk acknowledgement confirming that:

• The participant understands that participation may involve inherent risks, including possible injury, illness, property loss, or other harm.
• The participant confirms they are responsible for assessing their own physical capability and suitability for the activity.
• The participant agrees to follow the organizer's safety instructions, rules, and guidance during the gathering.

5. Organizer Obligations & Accountability

Users who create, publish, or manage events on Samgamam ("Organizers") agree to uphold the following obligations:

• Accuracy: Ensure all event details, dates, times, venue locations, pricing, and capacity limits are accurate, truthful, and kept up-to-date.
• Safety & Compliance: Comply with all applicable local laws, municipal regulations, venue permits, public health guidance, and safety requirements.
• Attendee Data: Treat attendee information received through the platform confidentially and use it strictly for the coordination of the specified event.
• Communications: Promptly notify registered attendees of any cancellations, postponements, or significant logistical changes.

6. User Accounts & Platform Security

To access certain features (such as RSVPing, hosting events, or posting in community threads), you must register an account with a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
• Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Refrain from engaging in automated scraping, abuse, denial-of-service, or bypassing platform rate limits and security controls.

7. Community Code of Conduct & Content Guidelines

Samgamam is designed to foster welcoming, safe, and respectful community circles. Users must not publish content or conduct themselves in a manner that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive.
• Infringes upon intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights of any party.
• Distributes unsolicited commercial advertising (spam) or malware.
• Impersonates any person, organization, or platform representative.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Samgamam and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither LuminosichtAI, Samgamam, nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or participation in events organized by independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections available to them under the laws that apply to them.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

10. Updates to Terms & Contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this document. Material modifications will be communicated through appropriate platform notices. Continued use of Samgamam after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
